On the evening of 11th July I went to Thurrock Council’s offices and delivered a batch of my protest T-Shirts, with various samples of the designs. I addressed to the pertinent people I was aware of and included a compliment slip just to keep everyone up to date on my feelings and intentions, along with the date that I planned to protest. Due to illness (which I’ll explain in the next blog) this unfortunately did not happen, I’m hoping will now start on Tuesday, but holding a job down, dealing with other matters, my energy and time is limited.
It appears the packages had the desired affect as the next day this site was (according to the stats) hit 21 times by just 3 people; that afternoon I was asked to attend a meeting the next day (23 hours notice(!)) – detail to follow.
